Theme: ” Ideas into Practice: Celebrating Innovation”
The Centres for Health and Education Programmes (CHEPs) is a registered Non – Governmental Organisation (NGO) in Kenya. Its goal is to empower, promote access and improve quality of health and education for the benefit of under resourced individuals and communities. The second Annual CHEPs Conference on the theme “Ideas into practice: Celebrating Innovation” will be held 1st – 3rd May 2015 at the Light Academy, Karen.
The conference will bring together academicians, students, NGOs and experts from both public and private sectors in the health, education, agriculture, environment, development, humanitarian relief and other fields, to share knowledge and experiences on the conference theme.
The conference participants from all over the country will participate in oral and poster presentations, plenary sessions, workshops, social entrepreneurship sessions and networking opportunities. All are welcome, to come and actively participate in this forum, get updated and inspired as well as enjoy the favourable climate and social activities.
Abstracts are invited on the following areas:
- Health care
- Humanitarian relief
Abstract submission Deadline: 30th March 2015.
Successful submissions will be informed by 7th April 2015.
Students and professionals in universities and organizations may submit abstracts of maximum 350 words(excluding author, contact, title) in the following format:
- Preferred Method of Presentation: Oral/Poster/No preference
- Authors: Underline and bold the presenter (if accepted)
- Contact: Email address and mobile phone number of the main author and presenter.
Abstracts should provide sufficient information to allow reviewers to evaluate appropriately.
More than one abstract may be submitted.
